Our Signature Buffet Menu makes it easy for you to select and create your own custom catered buffet. First select either one, two or three entrees. Then select your 2 side dishes. Remember that all the items in our Signature Buffets come ready to serve. The hot items are hot and the cold items are chilled.
Includes Fresh Bread and Butter, Tableware, Napkins, Large Serving Spoons, and Warming Units as needed. Prices quoted are for 30 or more.

Chicken extremely tender, does not even need to be microwaved - even when cold still is tender, juicy, and balanced saltiness. Beef Au Jus extremely palatable. Balanced taste and best of all, tender and easy on the stomach. The Mostaccioli is another delicacy we loved. Most of all, the first to go as it is very tender, wonderful tasting and warm enough to enjoy. The servings were well done and the boxes were delivered well. The cakes were another goodies the children and my audience loved every taste they gave. Overall, i love it!
