Chicago Catering – Topping Off Party for Employees

Chicago Catering - Employee Appreciation

We had a lot of fun catering an employee appreciation party in Chicago with a beautiful view of the city. One of our clients (a construction company) wanted to treat their hard working crew to a fun lunch at the construction site. They call it a “Topping Off” party.  We fed all their workers BBQ pork, BBQ chicken, creamy macaroni and cheese, parmesan potatoes,  baked beans and cookies for 450 hard working people. Our staff had a lot of fun with it too and everyone enjoyed the view.

The Importance of Employee Appreciation

Employee Appreciation is key for any successful organization. Recognition helps employees feel secure in knowing that their contributions are noticed and valued. Acknowledging hard work and contribution encourages employees to continue striving for greatness with enthusiasm and energy, leading to an enhanced working environment where everyone works together towards a common goal with positivity and motivation. Employee Appreciation is therefore essential and should be actively practiced by all organizations in order to foster success and growth.
